An expert panel, moderated by Dr Simon Parker, Senior Lecturer from the Department of Politics at York University, will discuss issues arising from the exhibition ‘The Sea is the Limit’.
Panelists Varvara Shavrova (artist and curator of The Sea is the Limit), Brian Maguire (artist), Mohammed Sami (artist), Nick Ellwood (artist), Patrick Heide (director, Patrick Heide Contemporary Art), Susan Stockwell (artist) and Vanessa Vozzo (artist) will explore and reflect on themes of migration, identity, the meaning of national borders, and how artists can drive the debate on these issues.
